In standup paddling the basic rules are pretty simple - keep you balance. Easy right? Everyone with at least some experience will tell yo that every part of the body works to maintain the balance on the board - your legs, hips, core, arms - you need to coordinate them all perfectly not to fall in the watter while paddling. Training with a Balance Board not only strengthens your muscles and improves balance, but what is even more important - raises prioperception - the general body awareness about itself. This helps greatly in coordinating your moves. The less you worry about making the correct motion, the more time you spend on th board, enjoying your paddling.
